To support this growth, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert new customers. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. Your expertise in using CRM software, such as HubSpot, will be essential in achieving success in this role. You will also play a key role in developing and managing our social media presence and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Sales Conversion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel, addressing their needs, and ultimately closing deals.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot or other CRM tools to organize and track leads, maintain customer records, and report on sales performance.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our online platforms.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at using data and analytics to make informed decisions.
